l Analyze talent data using Workday, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and more.
l Create analytical reports with visually compelling charts and graphs.  Prepare dashboards to identify key trends and patterns.
l Call attention to the most meaningful insights from the data.  Identify actionable items and recommendations.
l Fulfill business needs regarding presentation of talent data.
l Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), talent leaders, and others to provide HR data analyses and insights to support key initiatives.  Examples include attrition reduction, workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, and diversity.
l Assist in driving the development of key deliverables across various segments of the business.
